Supporting School Resources Beyond Accreditation

Blue circular emblem with a building and red 'SASA' text.

SASA is committed to strengthening K–12 school safety nationwide. While SASA serves as an independent third-party accreditation authority, we recognize the value of high-quality public guidance, research, and tools that support schools in building safe, prepared, and resilient environments. The resources below are provided as informational and support tools to assist schools, districts, and stakeholders in understanding best practices related to school safety, security, emergency preparedness, and student well-being. Note: Inclusion of these resources does not imply endorsement, oversight, or accreditation by SASA. Schools seeking independent verification and formal evaluation of safety readiness should pursue SASA Accreditation.
